Details of the Job/Internship

Aditya Birla Group is hiring for a TM Legal position specializing in Intellectual Property & Contracts with 5-7 years of experience for its Maharashtra operation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counseling within assigned areas of expertise.
• Support Lead Expert Counsel in legal advisory, contracts, and IP matters.
• Manage legal risk for trademarks, IP, contract vetting, and compliance.
• Maintain organized legal records and IP tool updates.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and legal risk summaries.
• Assist in case strategy and legal research for proceedings.
• Develop contract advisories, escalation matrices, and standard templates.
• Conduct internal training and manage knowledge sharing sessions.
• Oversee outside counsel management with Lead Expert Counsel.

Eligibility

Experience in legal advisory, contract review, risk management, and intellectual property law.
