Details of the Job/Internship
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. is hiring a TM – Legal IT Contracts professional with 7–9 years of PQE in contract management to join its Karnataka office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate IT, SaaS, ITES, and Cloud service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Indian privacy laws, and evolving regulations.
- Apply expertise in cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies in contract development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business needs.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks with favorable terms.
- Assess, implement, and customize legal tech tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Eligibility
- LLB with 7–9 years of PQE in contract management, preferably in IT/SaaS/Cloud services.
- Certification in privacy laws (GDPR and Indian regulations).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience with contract management tools and software.
- Familiarity with Indian IT Act and other relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
