Details of the Job/Internship
Morgan Stanley is hiring a Manager – TMG EMEA Legal with 4–5 years of experience in structured products to join their Institutional Equity Division office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including Final Terms, Pricing Supplements, and key information documents.
- Manage trade approvals using internal systems.
- Coordinate settlement and listing of transactions.
- Handle document requests and reconciliation.
- Liaise with Sales, Trading, COO team, and Operations on structured product matters.
