Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years PQE for its TMT practice in Bangalore. The role involves advising clients on data protection, privacy, technology and regulatory matters, AI and emerging technologies, FinTech and digital payments, telecommunications licensing, media and IP transactions, and corporate/commercial advisory.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on data protection, privacy, and regulatory matters.
- Support corporate and commercial advisory work within the TMT sector.
- Assist on transactions involving AI, emerging technologies, FinTech, digital payments, media, content, and IP.
- Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and review regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 2–3 years post-qualification experience in TMT practice or related domains.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and advisory skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
