Details of the Job/Internship

CIP LEGIT is hiring a Trademark & GI Attorney to join their office in Gurugram on a full-time basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark opposition proceedings and GI matters independently.
• Appear in hearings related to trademark and GI disputes.
• Draft pleadings, legal notices, suits, and plaints.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals.
• Take ownership of and contribute to the growth of the TM and GI practice.
• Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining accountability.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in trademark opposition and GI matters.
• Strong drafting skills beyond filing-related work.
• Experience in hearings and contentious IP matters.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Freshers, filing-only, or clerical profiles are not eligible.

Salary/Stipend
