Details of the Job/Internship

Axiom Mark Intellectual Property is hiring a Trademark Administrator / Paralegal with experience of 5–6 years to join their IP team. The role involves managing domestic and international trademark clearance searches, conducting advanced screening to assess trademark availability, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, reviewing and analysing watch notices and search reports, handling infringement, cancellation, and opposition matters, drafting legal documents and correspondence for attorney review, communicating with in-house and international clients, maintaining accurate IP records and databases, and supporting various IP administrative procedures.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international trademark clearance searches.
• Conduct advanced screening to assess trademark availability.
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications.
• Review and analyze watch notices and search reports.
• Handle infringement, cancellation, and opposition matters.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for attorney review.
• Communicate with in-house and international clients.
• Maintain accurate IP records and databases.
• Support various IP administrative procedures.

Eligibility

• 5–6 years of proven experience in Intellectual Property.
• Strong understanding of IP procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Presentable, flexible, and positive attitude.

Salary/Stipend
