Details of the Job/Internship

Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring a Trademark Agent with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Delhi and Mumbai.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on full working days.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and provide expert opinions.
• Manage the filing and prosecution of trademark applications.
• Offer legal counsel on various trademark matters.
• Address examination reports, and office actions, and represent clients in hearings at the Trademark Office.
• Assist in trademark oppositions, and rectifications, and support the litigation team through research and case analysis.

Eligibility

Experience: 2-4 years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
