Corsearch is hiring a Trademark Analyst to join its Trademark Monitoring team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth trademark research using proprietary tools and global registers.
• Compare client marks with global oppositions, focusing on phonetics, visuals, and relevance.
• Review goods and services descriptions for trademark relevance.
• Prepare and present detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain organized trademark search records and documentation.
• Collaborate with US and international teams to ensure process alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve research efficiency.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (Law background preferred, especially in Trademark/IPR).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous research experience preferred.
• Boolean query knowledge is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
