Details of the Job/Internship

Pramah Lawmen is looking for a Trademark and Copyright Attorney to join their team in Gurugram (sec 61) .

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive trademark and Copyright searches to assess their availability and registrability
• Drafting and filing trademark and copyright applications
• Advising clients on trademark and copyright prosecution procedures, including responding to examination reports and opposition proceedings.
• Drafting and negotiating trademark and copyright license agreements, assignments, and other contractual arrangements.
• Providing strategic guidance on brand protection and portfolio management strategies in compliance with intellectual property laws.
• Handling disputes and litigation related to trademark and copyright infringement, passing off, and unfair competition
• Conducting due diligence reviews of intellectual property assets in corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.

Eligibility

• An indepth knowledge of filing, prosecution and litigation of varoius types of Trademarks and Copyrights.
• Proven track record of successful filled and registered Trademarks and Copyrights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Client communication skills

Salary/Stipend
