Legpragmatism Intellectual Services is hiring a Trademark Application Expert (Female) with relevant experience in the IP domain to join their office in Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat. 

Role and Responsibilities

• File trademark applications for individuals and companies.
• Conduct TM searches and manage classification and documentation.
• Track trademark application status, objections, oppositions, and renewals.
• Draft replies to examination reports and legal correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients for required documentation.
• Stay updated with IPR rules and TM Registry Portal changes.

Eligibility

• Female candidate with relevant experience in trademarks or the IPR domain.
• Knowledge of TM Registry Portal and legal documentation.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience in preparing documents for legal compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary/Stipend
