Details of the Job/Internship

A&D Legal is hiring a Trademark Associate with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join its growing Trademark Division in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark clearance searches and draft legal opinions.
• File and prosecute domestic and international trademark applications.
• Handle oppositions, rectifications, and enforcement proceedings.
• Advise clients on brand development and IP protection strategies.
• Collaborate on IP audits and assist litigation teams in trademark disputes.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in trademark law.
• Strong skills in legal research and drafting.
• Experience with IP management tools and legal tech platforms preferred.
• Exposure to legal content creation is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
