AUMIRAH, a law firm specializing in intellectual property and corporate law, is currently seeking talented individuals to join their team. They have the following job vacancies available: Trademark Associate

PQE: 2 Years+

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trademark Associate in India.
• In-depth knowledge of trademark law, procedures, and regulations in India.
• Proven experience in handling trademark clearance, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement matters.
• Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to prepare legal opinions, responses, and arguments.
• Excellent client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines.
• As a Trademark Associate at AUMIRAH, you will have the opportunity to work closely with their clients, providing strategic advice and guidance on trademark matters. You will play a key role in protecting and enforcing our clients' valuable trademarks and contributing to their success.
