Details of the Job/Internship
Centriik is hiring a Trademark Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property practice in Noida. The role includes assisting with trademark counseling, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation support, both domestically and internationally.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct clearance searches and provide risk assessments on trademark usage.
- Manage global trademark portfolios including filing, prosecution, and maintenance.
- Draft and respond to Office Actions and oppositions.
- Assist with enforcement matters including cease and desist letters, domain name disputes, and online takedown strategies.
- Support IP due diligence in corporate transactions.
- Coordinate with foreign associates on international trademark matters.
- Provide strategic counseling on brand protection and IP rights.
Eligibility
- 1–4 years of experience in trademark-related work.
- Ability to conduct clearance searches and provide risk assessments.
- Experience in managing domestic and international trademark portfolios.
- Capability to draft and respond to Office Actions and oppositions.
- Experience in enforcement matters such as cease and desist letters, domain disputes, and online takedowns.
- Ability to support IP due diligence in corporate transactions.
- Experience working with foreign associates on international trademark matters.
- Ability to provide strategic counseling on brand protection and IP rights.
