Details of the Job/Internship

Centriik is hiring a Trademark Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property practice in Noida. The role involves assisting with trademark counselling, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation support for domestic and international matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct clearance searches and provide risk assessments on trademark usage.
• Manage global trademark portfolios, including filing, prosecution, and maintenance.
• Draft and respond to office actions and oppositions.
• Assist with trademark enforcement, including cease and desist letters, domain name disputes, and online takedown strategies.
• Support IP due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on international trademark matters.
• Provide strategic counseling to clients on brand protection and IP rights.

Eligibility

• Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience in trademark law.
• Strong understanding of trademark prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management.
