Details of the Job/Internship

CENTRiiK is hiring a Trademark Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark clearance searches and provide risk assessments.
• Manage global trademark portfolios, including filing and maintenance.
• Draft and respond to Office Actions and oppositions.
• Assist with enforcement actions, domain disputes, and takedown strategies.
• Support IP due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on international matters.
• Provide strategic brand protection counseling.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in trademark law.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Prior experience in managing trademark portfolios preferred.

Salary/Stipend
