Details of the Job/Internship

 Chadha & Chadha is hiring a Trademark Associate with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Trademark Associate will be responsible for handling trademark prosecution matters;
• Corresponding with the Trade Marks Office;
• Managing the trademark portfolio of clients;
• Docketing and routine follow-ups with clients;
• Analyzing legal issues and providing opinions to the clients on all trademark issues,
• Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, write-ups, articles, etc.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• 0-2 years work experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Legal Issues related to Intellectual Property.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
