Details of the Job/Internship
InventIP Legal Services LLP is hiring a Trademark Associate (Fresher with relevant experience) to join their Noida office. The role involves assisting with trademark applications, prosecution, docket management, and related legal tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft trademark-related documents such as replies to examination reports, oppositions, cease and desist notices, and rectification petitions.
- Assist in preparing and filing trademark applications in India, USPTO, and international authorities under attorney supervision.
- Help manage and maintain the firm’s trademark docketing system, tracking deadlines for filings, renewals, and oppositions.
- Conduct basic trademark searches and assist in reviewing search results.
- Prepare and maintain organized files and records for domestic and international trademark matters.
- Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and reports.
- Assist with monitoring trademark use and possible infringement issues.
- Communicate with clients and foreign associates on routine trademark matters.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and experience in Trademarks, Design, and Copyright laws.
- Familiarity with Due Diligence and Patent Law.
- Skills in docketing.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Experience working in a legal environment is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Only freshers with relevant experience may apply.
