Details of the Job/Internship
InventIP Legal Services LLP is hiring for the position of Trademark Associate to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and filing trademark applications with the USPTO and international IP authorities under attorney supervision.
- Support management of the trademark docketing system, tracking deadlines for applications, renewals, oppositions, and other critical actions.
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist in evaluating search results.
- Organize and maintain records and documentation related to domestic and international trademark portfolios.
- Prepare legal correspondence, documentation, and routine reports.
- Monitor trademark use and assist in identifying potential infringement issues.
- Communicate with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark matters and procedural updates.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding and experience in Trademark, Design, and Copyright law.
- Familiarity with Patent Law and IP Due Diligence.
- Experience with IP docketing systems.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in a legal or IP-focused environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
