Details of the Job/Internship

Jain & Partners is hiring a Trademark Associate with 6 months to 1 year of PQE for immediate joining at its Rohini office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• File and prosecute trademark applications.
• Draft and respond to examination reports.
• Handle oppositions, counter-statements, and trademark hearings.
• Manage trademark portfolios, renewals, and assignments.
• Conduct trademark searches and provide advisory support.
• Liaise with clients and the Trademark Registry.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in trademark or IPR prosecution.
• Sound knowledge of the Trade Marks Act and Trade Marks Rules.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
