Details of the Job/Internship

Kria Law is hiring Trademark Associates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their offices in Chennai (2 positions) and New Delhi (1 position). Candidates selected for the New Delhi office will undergo a mandatory 3-month orientation at the Chennai office for seamless training, exposure to practice, and integration with the wider team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trademark filings and prosecution.
• Draft and file responses to examination reports and office actions.
• Assist with oppositions, cancellations, enforcement strategies, and coordinate with foreign counsels.
• Run searches, clearance checks, and monitor watch reports.
• Communicate clearly with clients, work effectively in a team, and handle tasks with accountability.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong interest and prior exposure to intellectual property and trademark law.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
