Details of the Job/Internship

Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring a Trademark Associate with experience of 3 to 8 Years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with domestic and international clientele onbrand protection.
• Carrying out trademark searches, providing searchopinions, advising on trademark filings, draftingresponses to examination reports, drafting of noticeof opposition, counterstatements, evidence,appearing before the Trademarks Registry, draftingcancellation petitions, conducting due diligence andrelated.
• Assisting seniors in allied matters.

Eligibility

• Freshers can also apply (Internship Experience incarrying out trademark searches, LLM Specialised inIPR)
• LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 3-8 years of PQE in thetrademark department of an IP law firm.
• Experience in carrying out trademark searches,providing search opinions, advising on trademarkfilings, drafting responses to examination reports,drafting of notice of opposition, counterstatements,evidence, appearing before the Trademarks Registry,drafting cancellation petitions, conducting duediligence and related.

Salary/Stipend
