Details of the Job/Internship

L.R. Swami Co. is hiring a Trademark Associate with 1–2 years of experience in an IP law firm to join their office in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of trademark matters.
• Draft trademark applications and cease and desist notices.
• Attend show cause hearings and manage trademark prosecution.
• Oversee trademark portfolio management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 1–2 years of experience in an IP law firm (preferred).
• Strong understanding of trademark law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
