Nagpal & Associates LLP (Advocates & Solicitors) New Delhi is hiring Trademark Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing trademark applications, conducting trademark searches, drafting and filing legal documents, appearing before Trademark Registry and providing legal counsel relating to trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
Eligibility
- Experience in trademark registration, brand protection, IP licensing, and enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of Law and legal issues relating to intellectual property rights.
- Experience in legal document preparation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with trademark laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
