Details of the Job/Internship

Photon Legal is hiring a Trademark Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage trademark prosecution, opposition, and enforcement matters.
• Provide litigation support and assist in multi-jurisdiction IP cases.
• Coordinate with clients and legal teams to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
• Conduct trademark searches and prepare reports.
• Draft responses, notices, and legal correspondence related to IP matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in trademark law practice.
• Strong understanding of trademark prosecution and enforcement processes.
