They are seeking a skilled Trademark Associate with 3 years of experience in trademark services to join our dynamic team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough trademark research and analysis to support legal cases and business decisions.
• Prepare and draft trademark applications, oppositions, and related legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate effectively across departments, taking on multiple roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced work setting.
• Provide expert guidance on trademark-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate complex legal concepts in an accessible and professional manner to clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Experience: 3 years in trademark services or related legal areas.
• Research Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities, with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and draft clear legal documents.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle diverse tasks in a dynamic work environment.
