Details of the Job/Internship
Trama is hiring a Trademark Attorney / Trademark Agent with over 5 years of experience in trademark law to lead its UK practice from Bratislava or a remote location.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert counsel throughout the trademark lifecycle including registration, prosecution, opposition, enforcement, and strategy.
- Lead client relationships, offering business-focused legal advice.
- Manage complex UKIPO proceedings and opposition cases.
- Refine legal workflows and contribute to automation and process improvements.
- Mentor team members and advise cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
- Registered UK trademark attorney or IP solicitor (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UK trademark law.
- Strategic thinker with a business mindset and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
- Tech-savvy and open to AI-enabled legal workflows.
- Strong communicator with a client-focused approach.
