Anand and Anand is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate – Trademarks with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage an independent trademark portfolio.
• Handle trademark prosecution and oppositions.
• Draft legal documents related to trademarks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in trademark prosecution and oppositions.
• Strong drafting, oral, and written communication skills.
