Anand and Anand is hiring a Senior Associate – Trademarks with experience of to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage independent trademark portfolios.
- Handle trademark prosecution and opposition matters.
- Draft legal documents and submissions related to trademarks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and relevant authorities.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in handling trademark prosecution and oppositions.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience in a similar role within a reputable firm.
- Knowledge of international trademark laws is preferred.
