Anand and Anand is  hiring a Senior Associate – Trademarks with 7–10 years of experience to manage trademark portfolios and handle prosecution and opposition matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage trademark portfolios independently.
• Handle trademark prosecution and opposition matters.
• Draft legal documents related to trademark filings and disputes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Eligibility

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in managing independent trademark portfolios.
• Prior experience in trademark prosecution and oppositions.
• Preferred: Experience in a similar role within a reputable firm and knowledge of international trademark laws.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
