Anand and Anand is hiring a Senior Associate – Trademarks with 7–10 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage trademark portfolios.
• Handle trademark prosecution and opposition matters.
• Draft legal documents and submissions related to trademarks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and authorities on trademark matters.

Eligibility

• 7–10 years of experience in trademark law.
• Proven experience in trademark prosecution and oppositions.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role within a reputed firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of international trademark laws is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
