Ardh Sainik Legal Associates is hiring a Trademark Attorney with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join its Rohini office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file TM-A, TM-M, oppositions, and related applications before the IP Office.
• Handle client coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain understanding of IP procedures and ensure legal accuracy.
• Be registered as a trademark attorney.

Eligibility

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be a registered Trademark Attorney.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Keen interest in Intellectual Property Law.

Salary/Stipend

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
