Details of the Job/Internship

L.R.Swami Co. is hiring Trademark Attorneys with experience of 2 years to join their office in Chennai.

• Position 1. The Trademark Attorney will be responsible for handling a wide range of trademark matters including trademark searches, reply to examination reports, show cause hearings, trademark prosecution and trademark portfolio management.(Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an IP law firm).
• Position 2. The Trademark Attorney will be responsible for handling trademark oppositions and contested trademark matters including legal notices(Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an IP law firm).

Eligibility

• Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an IP law firm.
• Strong understanding of Trademark Law,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
