Details of the Job/Internship

United & United is looking for a Trademark Prosecution Attorney.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and effective communication with clients and other legal professionals.

The role will also involve assisting senior attorneys in providing legal services to clients and supporting the team in various aspects of IP law.

Eligibility

• Drafting and Filing of Trademark, Copyright and other IP Applications (other than Patent).
• Handling complete Trademark/Copyright prosecution including replies to Examination Reports, Filing Oppositions, Counter-Statements and all other processes involved in a Trademark/Copyright Application process till registration and post-registration renewal process;
• Interacting with clients and handling client accounts for their IP Prosecution portfolios;
• Handling high-level client communication/correspondence through E-mails and other forms including large number of international clients;
• Having ability to contribute towards other departments of the Law Firm for associated Intellectual Property Advisory. 
• Co-ordinating with clients and foreign associates towards arranging smooth IP Registration and Prosecution process in foreign countries.
• 2 years of PQE.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
