Details of the Job/Internship

Medlab Advisors is hiring a Trademark Registration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join its team in Mira Road, Thane. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle complete trademark registration processes including filing, opposition, and renewals.
• Draft and manage IP documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate with clients and address their registration-related queries.
• Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in trademark registration services.
• Strong experience with filing, opposition, and renewal procedures.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Attention to detail and solid understanding of IP documentation.
