Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark and copyright matters independently.
• Manage filings and procedural requirements before the Trademark and Copyright Registry.
• Attend and conduct hearings remotely.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in trademark and copyright matters.
• Familiarity with Trademark and Copyright Registry procedures.
• Ability to handle hearings and filings remotely.

Salary/Stipend
