Founded in 1997 by its founding partners, Mr. Maninder Singh (Former Additional Solicitor General of India) & Mrs. Prathiba M. Singh, Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP has grown over the years to become India's leading law firm in the field of Intellectual Property Litigation, IT and Media & Telecommunication Law.

In 2012, Singh & Singh was converted into an LLP with 5 partners. However, after the designation of Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Prathiba M. Singh as Senior Advocate in 2013, the LLP was reduced to 4 partners. Since then, the Firm has been running as a professionally managed firm and currently has 5 partners and 4 associate partners - each an expert in their respective practice area.

Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP is inviting job Applications for the Trademark, Copyright,& Design -Prosecution Team with 1-2 years of experience to work in their New Delhi Office.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage all Trademark, Copyright, and Design Prosecution matters.

Eligibility

• Candidate must be enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council.
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience with an IP law firm
