Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for talented lawyers for our Trademark/Copyright and IP litigation team, having work experience of a minimum of 2 years to join their office in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal counsel on IP issues (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc.). Draft and negotiate IP agreements and contracts. Assist with patent and trademark applications and enforcement. Support IP litigation and manage disputes. Collaborate with internal teams on IP strategy, Searches and protection and ensure compliance with IP laws and regulations

Eligibility

• LL.B / LL.M from a reputed law school and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction with strong communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
