Details of the Job/Internship

Sagan Recruitment is hiring a Trademark Docketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their remote legal operations team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide docketing support for trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.
• Create and maintain docket records; generate reports and audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and documentation.
• Assist with client onboarding and customization of docketing systems.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trademark docketing or related paralegal roles.
• Strong understanding of USPTO procedures and the TMEP.
• Experience with WIPO filings under the Madrid Protocol.
• Familiarity with foreign national filings.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
