Teak IP Services is hiring a Trademark Docketing professional with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Noida
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end trademark docketing process to ensure all filing and renewal deadlines are accurately captured.
- Maintain and update internal databases with correspondence from the Trademark Registry.
- Track statutory timelines for oppositions, counter-statements, and evidence filings.
- Generate periodic reports for clients regarding the status of their trademark portfolios.
- Ensure all physical and digital records are organized and compliant with internal quality standards.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Trademark Docketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with docketing software.
- Ability to work on-site at the Noida office.
- Freshers and candidates seeking remote work are not eligible for this role.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within one month.
