Ardh Sainik Legal Associates is hiring a Trademark Executive with relevant experience to join their office in Rohini, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• File, manage, and monitor trademarks.
• Conduct clearance and availability searches.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation related to trademarks.
• Handle trademark prosecution and coordinate with clients and authorities.
• Assist in resolving trademark disputes.
• Ensure compliance with IP laws and related legal frameworks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a relevant field.
• Expertise in trademark filing, management, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of trademark prosecution, dispute resolution, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and liaisoning skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in intellectual property matters preferred.

Salary/Stipend
