Details of the Job/Internship
Centriik is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trademark Intern to join their legal team at their Noida office. The intern will gain hands-on experience in trademark law and practice, assisting with various tasks related to protecting and managing the company's trademark portfolio.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting trademark searches and clearance, analyzing search results, and preparing reports.
- Support the preparation and filing of trademark applications, and other related documents.
- Help monitor and manage the company’s trademark docket.
- Conduct research on trademark infringement, counterfeit goods, and other trademark-related issues.
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports related to trademark matters.
- Collaborate with the legal team on trademark enforcement services.
- Stay updated on trademark laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field.
- Strong interest in trademark law and intellectual property.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience or coursework in intellectual property or trademark law is a plus.
