Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring Trademark Lawyers with 6–7 years of experience to join their Trademark Team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark prosecution, oppositions, and enforcement matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to trademark filings and disputes.
• Represent clients in show cause and opposition hearings.
• Provide strategic advice on trademark laws and procedures.

Eligibility

• 6–7 years of experience in trademark law.
• Strong understanding of trademark laws and procedures.
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
• Proven experience in handling hearings and oppositions.
