Aneja & Aneja Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring a Trademark Lawyer with 1–3 years of experience to join its office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage preparation, filing, and prosecution of trademark applications.
- Develop and implement IP strategies and maintain trademark portfolios.
- Represent clients in trademark disputes, opposition proceedings, and enforcement matters.
- Conduct trademark searches and clearance assessments.
- Advise clients on infringement, licensing, compliance, and risk management.
- Handle cease-and-desist letters, settlement negotiations, and anti-counterfeiting matters.
- Provide legal support in trademark due diligence, M&A, and licensing agreements.
- Stay updated on developments in trademark and IP laws.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 1–3 years of experience in trademark law and intellectual property laws.
- Strong knowledge of trademark registration, litigation, and enforcement.
- Good legal research, drafting, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work on IP strategy, due diligence, and licensing agreements.
