Details of the Job/Internship

Aneja & Aneja is hiring a Trademark Lawyer with 2–5 years of experience in IP law.

• Immediate joining (0–7 days notice) is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, filing, and prosecution of trademark applications across jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement IP strategies to protect clients’ trademarks and brand identities.
• Represent clients in trademark disputes, opposition proceedings, cancellations, and enforcement matters.
• Conduct trademark searches and clearance to assess registrability and conflicts.
• Advise clients on trademark infringement, IP risk management, licensing, and compliance.
• Handle cease-and-desist letters, settlement negotiations, and anti-counterfeiting efforts.
• Support trademark due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing agreements.
• Stay updated on trademark law and provide timely legal updates to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in trademark law and intellectual property.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international trademark laws.
• Experience in litigation, IP strategy, and portfolio management.

Salary/Stipend
