Details of the Job/Internship

Trademark Lawyer is seeking experienced and dynamic Trademark Lawyers with 6-7 years of post-qualification experience to join their esteemed legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on trademark matters, including trademark registration, protection, and enforcement.
• Conduct thorough trademark searches and provide strategic advice on trademark availability and risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate trademark-related agreements, such as licensing and assignment agreements.
• Represent clients in trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and litigation proceedings.
• Provide legal support for trademark portfolio management and maintenance.

Eligibility

• LL.B / LL. M from a reputed law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience practicing trademark law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
• Proven track record in managing trademark portfolios and handling contentious trademark matters.
