Pashet is hiring a Trademark Litigation Lawyer with experience of 3+ years to join their legal team in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in trademark disputes, handling oppositions, revocations, and other contested proceedings.
• Advise clients on trademark registration and protection, providing legal guidance on trademark matters and clients' rights.
• Draft and file trademark applications and oppositions, preparing legal documents and submitting them to relevant authorities.
• Conduct legal research on intellectual property laws and case precedents to support legal arguments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client cases, including tracking case files, deadlines, and important information.
• Handle trademark searches to assess the availability of proposed trademarks.
• Draft opinions on trademark matters, advising clients on the likelihood of success in trademark disputes or obtaining trademark registration.
• Manage client portfolios, overseeing the management of a client's portfolio of trademarks.
• Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws.
• Represent clients in trademark hearings and negotiations, including settlement discussions.
• Conduct document review and discovery in trademark litigation.

Eligibility

• Legal degree (LL.B or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in trademark law and practice.
• Experience in trademark litigation, handling disputes, oppositions, revocations, and other contested proceedings.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Stipend
