Inttl Advocare is hiring an experienced legal professional to join its Trademark Litigation team in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark litigation and related IP disputes.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and legal documents.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies.
• Represent clients before courts and tribunals.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and collaborate with team members.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in trademark litigation.
• Excellent drafting, argumentation, and research skills.

Salary/Stipend
