Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring a Trademark Paralegal with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation, evidence, and exhibits for trademark hearings.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Support attorneys in trademark disputes, oppositions, and cancellations.
• Conduct legal research on trademark laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, agencies, and courts.
• Gather and manage evidence, documents, and testimony.
• Provide logistical and trial support during hearings and proceedings.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain organized case files and records.
• Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and procedural compliance.

Eligibility

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a trademark paralegal.
• Strong understanding of trademark law and hearing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and deadline management skills.
