Anand and Anand is hiring a Trademark Paralegal with 3–6 years of experience for their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documentation, evidence, and exhibits for trademark hearings, including drafting and filing motions, pleadings, and related legal documents.
- Assist attorneys in handling trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and other contentious matters from initiation to resolution.
- Conduct detailed legal research on trademark laws, regulations, precedents, and case law.
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, administrative agencies, and courts for case updates, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence, documents, and testimony for trademark litigation.
- Provide logistical support during trademark hearings and trials, including organizing exhibits, witness coordination, and courtroom technology management.
- Track and manage all deadlines related to trademark proceedings and ensure adherence to procedural requirements.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files, including indexing, labelling, and archiving documents.
- Review legal documents, correspondence, and filings for accuracy, consistency, and procedural compliance.
Eligibility
- Total experience of 3–6 years.
- Strong understanding of trademark law and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
