Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring for the position of Trademark Paralegal with 3-6 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Hearing Preparation

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Organize and manage evidence, exhibits, and supporting materials for trademark hearings

2. Case Management

• Assist attorneys with the full lifecycle of contentious trademark matters, including oppositions, cancellations, and disputes

3. Legal Research

• Conduct in-depth research on trademark laws, precedents, and regulations to support legal strategies

4. Client & Agency Communication

• Coordinate with clients, administrative agencies, courts, and opposing counsel for updates, scheduling, and procedural matters

5. Evidence Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams and external sources to gather required documentation and witness testimony

6. Trial & Hearing Support

• Provide on-site or virtual support during hearings, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and technical logistics

7. Deadline Tracking

• Monitor, calendar, and manage deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and agency requirements

8. Document & File Management

• Maintain structured and accessible case files (physical and digital), ensuring proper indexing, labeling, and archiving

9. Quality Assurance

• Review and proofread legal documents and filings for consistency, accuracy, and procedural compliance

Eligibility

Experience: 3 to 6 years
